Located mainly in the Berehiv administrative district of the Transcarpathian region. Insignificant in size areas of the outskirts of continuous forest massifs are located in Mukachivskyi (24 ha) and Irshavskyi (415 ha) districts. In accordance with the comprehensive forestry zoning of the Western region of Ukraine, the territory of the forest farm belongs to the forestry district of the Transcarpathian lowland with forest-steppe oak forests. The entire territory of the forest farm belongs to lowland forests and is located in the south of the western part of the region.
